Nottingham Downs is a community of over 200 homes conveniently located  south of 123rd Street, between Glenwood and Lamar. Our neighborhood was established in 1985 and is located centrally in Overland Park, Kansas.

Nottingham Downs is in the Blue Valley school district and provides excellent access to shopping, restaurants and other local attractions.
