Our neighborhood is made up of spacious, single-family homes. The homes in Nottingham Downs each feature unique exteriors and floor plans and were constructed beginning in the mid-1980’s. Our residents take pride in their properties, and we believe it shows when you visit us.

But beyond the houses, Nottingham Downs is a great place for active Johnson County families. We have a large, central park in our neighborhood that is part of the extensive Indian/Tomahawk Creek trail system. When you visit us, you’ll probably see cyclists, runners, and plenty of families out for walks with their children and dogs.
