What are the next steps?

Below you will find a link to the waiver form, one for adults and one for minors. One is required for each volunteer, as well as having viewed the Safety Training in the Waiver Form. All participants must have a signed waiver and have viewed the Safety Training. It is the responsibility of the group leader to share this information and share the waiver link to their group, if applicable.
